More Than Just Our Realtor
We met Rafael while looking for a rental. We were about to lose our home to foreclosure and needed a new place to live. Not only did Rafael help us secure the rental, but he also let us know that a Short Sale was a better option. We sold our home and subsequently moved to a couple of different rental homes through the years as our family got bigger. Rafael has always been there to help us find a new place. We were first-time home buyers and really had a lot of questions. We really had no idea where to start. We met Rafael at an Open House. Although we couldn't afford the house that he was marketing that day, Rafael got us qualified for an FHA Loan and a few weeks later, we opened escrow on our new home. I don't know how he didn't get sick of us with so many questions. Despite us calling him about 4 times per day, he always had time to answer our calls and questions. His guidance was really great. He definitely knew what he was doing and was always very patient with us.
